Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms through the web store are subject to change without notice.  We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® through our secure site.

Credit Cards are not charged at time of order, only credit card validation occurs.  Cards are charged at time of shipping.  You will be notified if any problem occurs at that time.

Billing information on orders must match the billing information for your credit card.

SHIPPING

U.S. orders: Continental U.S.

A flat $10.00 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all orders except those identified as requiring additional shipping.  We will notify you of the additional amount required and will hold your order until permission to charge and ship is received.

Orders may be shipped by UPS Ground, or USPS first class depending on availability. You will receive an email with tracking information.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited or special shipping services are available at cost; please call for details.

U.S. orders: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Possessions & APO/FPO

A flat $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee will be charged on each order except for those with items identified as requiring extra shipping costs. You will be notified before your order is processed if this occurs. Not all items can be shipped to these locations.  Orders will be shipped by USPS first class.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.  Expedited/special shipping services may be available at cost; please call for details.

Canada

A flat $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee will be charged on each order. Items requiring additional postage cannot be shipped to Canada.  Orders will be shipped by the USPS international priority. We can provide the USPS customs number via email if requested for your tracking purposes. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Expedited/special shipping services may be available at cost; please call for details.

All other locations

We ship by the United States Post Service (USPS) international priority at customer cost. We will email you regarding cost before we process your order.  Not all items are available for international shipping. Items requiring additional postage cannot be shipped outside of the continental US.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns and will reimburse for the item cost.  Please call or email before you return your item.  A track-able shipping method is recommended.  We cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

If a product is damaged or faulty we will happily reimburse or replace the item at no cost to you.  Please contact us through phone or email.
